Made by hand, every morning
Our dough rests for 48 hours before it meets the oven. The pasta is rolled fresh each day, the sauce simmers from breakfast to dinner, and the tomatoes come from Missouri farms whenever they're in season.
It's a small kitchen with a big oven, and we like it that way.
If it isn't good enough for Sunday dinner, it doesn't go on the menu.
